Edina's story. For the actual video, see below
When you were one day old, what was happening around you? Then on your first birthday?
For most the answers centre around family. Edina's too, her family being Home of Hope.
Gillian, Jo and I spent the morning in the Protection for Education room, recording short interviews with Tailoring graduate Edina, and staff-member Cynthia - for you! If only you could be here to see for yourselves: to really feel this place and resonate with these people - our friends and yours. We offer you these daily pictures and stories to make up the distance. Today, enjoy a draft edit of Edina's story - just one, among so many.

Later edits will include subtitles. For now, here's a transcript.
"Hi, my name is Edina. I'm 23 years old. I've been in Home of Hope for all my life, and this is my home. I love it.
Growing up at Home of Hope has made a lot of differences in my life: food, shelter, good education, relatives and friends.
When I think about the future and my dreams, I would like to have a shop of my own, to earn some money, help some people and my relatives.
I really like sewing very much! Sewing, like dresses, curtains, shorts, skirts, and many more.
I also like listening to music, and drawing. I started drawing when I was 9 years old. I really like drawing butterflies and flowers.
If I think, "What do I want people who are watching to know about Home of Hope?", Home of Hope is a very beautiful place: peaceful, loving, and Home of Hope made me a person as I am today."
